Introduction
Train City Innovations is located in Central Indiana, in the Town of
Fishers and is a Model Railroading Prototyping and Hobby facility "created by a
railroad modeler for the railroad modeler and hobby enthusiast".
The owner, with his distinct passion for model trains, has over
40 years of designing, prototyping, manufacturing and repair experience of Model
Trains and accessories.
An electronics engineer by background and a specialist in
industrial automation, he has spent decades in custom designing model railroad
layouts, dioramas, electrical and electronically operated accessories, signaling
systems, train controllers and carrying out repairs to Model Trains, R/C
Airplanes and R/C Car, successfully for over 30 years.
Our business is dedicated towards fellow modelers, train buffs,
enthusiasts and collectors alike due to the owner’s passion and support for the
hobby of model railroading, along with interests in R/C Airplanes and R/C Cars
and feels that his experience and wealth of knowledge can be shared and be
useful to the fellow railroading and hobby enthusiasts.
We aim to offer affordably priced new, used, re-conditioned and restored
model trains, innovative and affordable railroad accessories and repair service
for the tight budgeted hobbyists with huge dreams, newcomers or the big spender
alike, to help them grow their interests, desires and realize their dreams, for
the World's
Greatest Hobby.
We offer innovative products and accessories for model railroads, custom
fabrication, prototype facilities, layout planning and building, complete
turnkey jobs for model railway displays for homes and retail establishments,
wiring of Conventional and DIGITAL layouts and most important
care, maintenance, repair and restoration of your precious possessions.
We also perform appraisals to determine "true market value" of your
Model railroad collection and buy collections and estates.
The owner has personal expertise in servicing some of the leading European
Model railroad brands like,
Märklin, Fleischmann, ROCO, HAG, MiniTrix, Hornby, Jouef, LGB and
leading American brands like Lionel and American
Flyer, to name a few, as these also form a
part of his huge personal collection of 40 years into the hobby.
The service and repair experience comes from having successfully run
Authorized Service Center, overseas, for three of the leading German model
railroad manufacturers, as a Certified partner, we want to share the experience
of our specialization in European and American brands alike, of model trains
from “Z”, “N”, “HO”, "O" and “G” Scale.
Our “specialty” is mainly in HO and G Scale of all popular brands, especially
European makes, be it AC or DC, Conventional or DIGITAL. We also service
other popular American and European brands in all scales.
We pride our work, reasonable pricing policy and reputation and it is
important for us to deliver what we commit, so do not be setback if we
occasionally express our inability to perform a particular job, we are just
being plain honest with you and saving your money.
