Pricing

Our products are competitively priced. Discounts are offered for bulk orders. Please email us for your specific quantities. In a situation that a product is incorrectly priced due to any error on our part or our service providers, we reserve the right to cancel the order, under no obligation to us. E&O.E.

Warranty

Products manufactured or repaired by us carry a 15 day warranty for defective workmanship.

Payment

We accept PAYPAL, MasterCard, Visa, Cashier’s checks and Money orders. Personal checks will be held for 10 business days, to clear before merchandise is shipped to you. We charge a $25 Return Check fee.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Indiana will be charged IN state sales tax of 7.00%

Returns

Returns are accepted only against an RMA number issued by us. We are not responsible for items returned without an RMA number. We do not assume liability for lost, misplaced, damaged items shipped to us for Returns or Repair Service. It is buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper packing, tracking and insurance of articles sent to us.

“Change of mind” returns accepted within 7 days only, provided they are unused and in Re-sellable condition with original packing and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electronic and Electrical accessories which have been soldered, leads cut or modified in any way are not accepted for returns.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment, except personal checks. (see above)

We use USPS, FEDEX Ground or UPS Ground for our shipments, based on cost effectiveness.

Free Shipping

Orders for merchandise of $100 value or more are shipped free, within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and International destinations.

Free On-line no obligation repair or custom product or layout design estimates

For repair estimates, all you need to do is send us an email and include a digital photo of your problem, what caused it, did you attempt repair yourself. The more descriptive you can be helps us diagnose the problem better.

Mail your item for a no obligation repair estimate

Should you mail your item for an estimate, there is a non-refundable estimate/examination fee of $15.00. Please include a descriptive note with the nature of the problem or damage and how it was caused. Estimate/examination fee will be offset in the repair cost, if you decide to repair your item with us.

Free Return Shipping

If you decide to accept our offer for repair, return shipping is free. This only applies to items we undertake for repairs and service and is not applicable on other merchandise or returns, unless they are defective.
