Be realistic of your expectations, we cannot always turn "junk to gold" as we are no miracle workers.

We have worked many a wonders of breathing new life into an otherwise "dead" item, but we do not express any guarantees written, verbal or otherwise that every product can be fixed like new or at a reasonable cost. Sometimes "Replacements" are cheaper than "Repairs".

Do the math! "Is it worth fixing" "How valuable is the item to you"? It will save you both time and money.

Send us a digital photo of the item needing repair highlighting the damaged areas.

Tell us what the damage is and how it was caused.

Remember, we will do our best to give you a reasonable repair estimate but sometimes real damage is far from what is seen on the outside, so the estimates will vary based on the actual work involved, after we physically inspect the unit.

Some sealed units / enclosures will have to be opened to inspect or carry out repairs. We will reseal them with "after-market" fasteners.
This applies even if you do not accept our services.

Buyer acknowledges this and unconditionally accepts this as a pre-condition to our offer for service or repairs.

We cannot repair units that are potted in epoxy compound, normally proprietary items or circuits, as nothing can be salvaged from these units.

Some "proprietary" parts are not always sold to us by manufacturers (especially custom electronic chips) so there could be a limitation on the extent of repair that can be performed.

Remember to send the item carefully packed, as if it were new with all the parts that may be broken and are still available and if you still have the instruction booklets etc.

Hidden problems discovered after the unit arrives at our shop will be referred to you for your approval.

We will always seek your approval before commencing any work on your item.

Our estimate fee is non-negotiable and is offset from the total repair cost, should you decide to accept our service.
